- Keep Permit Driving Log visible during the drive. Location and motion intentionally pause when the app is hidden or the phone is locked.
- Open system Settings and confirm Permit Log has While Using location permission. Precise location produces the best route and distance results.
- If location is unavailable or denied, choose timer-only mode. Route, distance, speed, and automatic night classification will not be recorded.
- Use History to review or delete a drive. Use Settings → Delete all data to erase all local app information.
